This morning was horrid. Anyone have advice for a supervisor who expects perfection after not even a month on the job?

Random thoughts of the evening
1. All the annoying work drama that made me upset, I realize was a kick in the ass to start really looking and applying for big kid job. I’m 23, I can be young and enjoy that but it’s time to grow up a bit.
2. 2013 is going to be the best one yet. I have some great plans on the horizon.(more: writing, being outside, and adventures! Also, 365 picture challenge?! YES)
3. My friends are great. They help me stay motivated and accomplish what I need to in order to better my future.
